Inhabit Farms

Inhabit is a center for Learning, Growth, and Transformation. Through our offerings, we help you light the path to fully inhabiting your life! We aim to bring together the region's finest teachers and the most willing of students, in areas of Mind & Spirit, Yoga & Movement, Wellness & Self-Healing, and Creative Expression. We are alchemists: combining the elements of teaching and learning within the most supportive environments on the planet. World-class teachers meet up with the most willing of students to share their gifts and give what they were born to give. These magical meetings occur at the best facilities located in natural environments that are conducive to the deepest embodiment of that which is being taught. We find the sacred sites, build the Centers, and join together teacher, student, and environment.

Kohala Institute at 'Iole

HIP Agriculture is a project partner with ‘Iole, a 2,400 acre land stewardship project offering opportunities to be immersed in the rich natural and cultural history of Kohala. ‘Iole is owned by the New Moon Foundation (NMF), a values-based non-profit organization with a mission to provide educational & science-based programs.

HIP Agriculture supports New Moon Foundation’s mission by providing holistic programs that encourage the practice of their G.R.A.C.E. values: Gratitude – A deep appreciation of life in all forms, valuing both its gifts and lessons. This is the foundation for finding joy in our human condition.
Respect - The practice of awareness and openness to others, new ideas and different perspectives. Respect is the basis for peace and understanding.
Accountability - Taking responsibility for our actions, thoughts and emotions. Acknowledging our choices and their consequences empowers us to choose again.
Courage - The discipline to be authentic, honest and act with integrity. Courage allows us to grow and realize our true potential and dreams.
Engagement – The intention to wholeheartedly contribute our gifts and skills in a way that benefits our communities and natural environments. This is a natural outcome and test of a values-based life.

beyond organic web

Beyond Organic

Dr. Jana Bogs is a research scientist and soil consultant, whose motto is "Creating health from the soil up!" Dr. Bogs worked closely with HIP Agriculture to perform soil analysis and crop consultation, during the planning and cultivation of our vegetable garden. The aim of this collaboration was to work with the land to ensure optimal conditions for plants to thrive, and to grow nutritionally dense food using methods beyond organic principles.
