A little prep goes a long way to make healthy and easy meals throughout the week. Everything from making fresh coconut milk and a variety of ways to prepare and use ‘ulu, kalo, and plantains.
Maximum people per class are 12. Registration closes Friday March 31st. If it fills up, there will be a waiting list created in case others cancel.
Cost: $25/person (covers supplies)
