What to Bring
1. A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
2. Sun and other possible weather protection such as sunscreen, a hat, a long sleeved shirt/sweatshirt, rain jacket etc.
3. Bring a beach chair if you’d like!
4. Reusable utensils and dishes if you can! We're making this event as zero waste as possible.
What NOT to Bring
- No dogs are allowed except for service dogs accompanied by paperwork.
- No outside food is permitted.
- No alcohol is permitted - any alcohol discovered will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave.
- No coolers are permitted.
Invasive Species Free
This is an invasive species FREE event. Please do not bring any plant materials to our event coming from other areas of the island. Please check and thoroughly clean your vehicle, clothing and shoes from all signs of invasive species infestation including but not limited to:
- Little Fire Ants
- Cocqui Frogs
- ROD

CAMPING & LODGING
There is NO overnight camping allowed at the festival grounds. Please ensure you have alternate camping or lodging if you intend to sleep in the Kohala area on 11/3.
All county campgrounds require permits in order to camp. You must reserve a permit prior to arrival. We recommend doing so as early as possible - sites will fill to capacity.

- Mahukona Beach Park, County Land, ~7 miles outside Hawi: Apply for a permit

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GATE AT SPENCER’S BEACH PARK CLOSES BETWEEN 9PM-6AM - THERE IS NO ENTRY OR EXIT. If staying for the entire festival which concludes at 10pm, this is not a suitable option.
