Learn approachable methods for raising poultry and other backyard or homestead livestock. This class will include hands-on learning of how to properly harvest and process poultry, as well as integrated KNF (Korean Natural Farming) egg layering techniques. Uncle David will introduce us to the traditional Filipino recipe of Chicken Papaya Soup!
